Lori, Owner & Master Stylist Lori always knew she wanted to create. Growing up on the streets of New York City cultivated her love for fashion and architectural design. As a marketing and merchandising major working in NYC's garment center she thought she would be designing shoes or clothing, but her love for transforming hair, creating movement and texture and shape, led her in another direction. Winning the coveted hairdresser of the year award inspired her to share that creative energy as an international platform artist and educator before joining the KMS artistic team. Her salon, I.d, in the NY metropolitan area, was recently nominated for salon of the year. As part of the KMS artistic team Lori travels all over the country educating and inspiring stylists - whether at a big hair show or an intimate in-salon class she loves her work.
Lori explains. "I firmly believe that education is essential to professional growth,creative stimulation and continued success. I have a passion for what I do and love to share knowledge." Styling hair for New York fashion week and private shows for top designers fuels her enthusiasm to keep doing what she does. Her work has been recognized in Behind The Chair and Modern Salon Magazines, as well as on the Hair Brained Website.
Nick, Co-owner of i.d SALON & Master Colorist "I am always inspired by my surroundings, street trend, the music, and film industry, fashion, architectural design, and what nature brings to the eye. These elements continue to be a huge inspiration. My passion is endless as is my mental portfolio."
Nick is a master colorist and a team member for Goldwell. He also specializes in editorial styling, and sculpting. "Since 2009, he has had the incredible fortune to be the lead stylist at fashion week for many designers, and has been featured in be Behind the Chair, American Salon, Modern Salon, Flaunt Magazine, Awanted, and Flatt Magazine." Nick has also been on the artistic and education teams for some of our industry leaders such as; revlon, Wella, Unite and currently Goldwell North America. In 2012, he was chosen top five colorist in the USA for the Goldwell Color Zoom Competition.
Paul Paul has been a master colorist since 1994. Originally from the United Kingdom, he trained and worked at some of the best salons in the south of England. In 1996, he was recruited to move to New York, to head up the color department at Harvey Allen Salon, where he spent the next 12 years developing and training a team of colorist.
Paul joined i.d. SALOn in 2010, and has become an integral part of its growth. Extremely comfortable with all areas of hair color, Paul specializes in highlights, and natural looking hair color. "I will always be upfront and honest, to let you know what is and isn't possible"
Paulette In 2008, Paulette proudly joined the color team at i.d SALON. Her commitment to education and innovation, along with her passion and creativity, allows for endless possibilities. From soft natural color to the boldest statements, transition comes natural to her. “ My passion is to design individual color for each of my clients needs.”
Paulette was an educator for Wella, and owned 2 salons in SoHo, New York for many years. Her credits include; photo shoots for fashion editorials and music videos. As master colorist, her education has taken her to London, England where she studied with Goldwell, Wella, and Jingles International.
Teresa While majoring in theatre at Suny Purchase, Teresa found her passion for color through her love of make-up. Her ability to create dimension and contrast is what allows Teresa to set trends in haircolor.
In 2006, she joined the color team at i.d. SALON and began to build her career. Teresa has an innate ability to work with clients one on one, in order to achieve amazing results.
Kevin Kevin has had a love of women’s hair since early childhood. Not being able to play with dolls, he made his own creating hair of anything with length and movement. Using thread, mops, satin Christmas decorations and even his great grandmothers antique fringe bed spread. His love of nature inspired him to recreate colors seen in nature onto women’s hair. Kevin specializes in natural hair color and loves to add the little kick the change of season bring to nature. He was born and educated in New York City.
Kevin came out to Long Island to share his knowledge with friends in the business and was quickly recognized as a talented colorist with a New York City sensibility. He has worked in the Syosset, Woodbury area for the past 25 years but returns to New York City for education and inspiration. Kevin has many creative talents but works hardest at his first love… women’s hair. “I truly believes a little change in appearance can make a dramatic change in ones life.”
Jordon At a very young age Jordon became intrigued by the creativity of the beauty industry. His mom, also a hairstylist, helped ignite the spark in Jordon, as he was always around hair.
In 2012, Jordon receive his bachelors degree in business, and soon after joined the team at id SALON. "I finally found a place where people are as passionate as I am." Jordon continues to stay connected with education and has recently completed his master colorist certification with Goldwell Professionals. "Working at i.d SALON has truly brought out the artist in me. I am ready to take everyday ordinary, and make it extraordinary."
Stella Stella Livoti is a master colorist and stylist with over 20 years in the beauty industry and is always on top of the latest trends and styles. From ombre, to pixie cuts, to creative color, Stella can do it all. She held several roles for a well known color company, eventually becoming both a guest artist and international educator. One of Stella’s passions is educating and connecting with other stylists to help them achieve their full artistic potential. Stella has also worked as an editorial colorist and stylist for corporate productions and magazines. She has been featured on Behind the Chair, Estetica Magazine, Beauty Launch Pad, The Colorist Mag, and more. She has worked for NYFW, on stage for Joico Color, for various celebrities and television shows and most recently as a Guest Artist for Goldwell Professional.
Helen Helen joined the Color Department as an Assistant in 2012. She knew she wanted to join the salon team when she saw some of Nick's editorial work on social media. At that time, both her graduation from Empire Beauty School & state board exams were fast approaching. After researching more about the salon and its high standards, she took a chance and applied. A Philadelphia native, Helen brings everything she learned as an Interior Designer with her into the beauty business.
She believes that color is a powerful medium: it can make any statement or create any feeling. Helen enjoys changing things up (even slightly) to give clients an updated look.
Simon Simon brings a wealth of experience to his chair. He was trained in the United Kingdom, representing Great Brains in the World Hair Championships. Simon moved to the United States to continue his career, and work as a platform artist. Training his fellow professionals throughout America.
Today his focus on men and women, is both coloring and cutting as well as specializing in hair repair. "If its not healthy, it won't look good. Creativity, communication, and fun are the elements that make a great visit."
Luis Having the luxury of living and working in New York City has exposed Luis to an array of artistic inspiration. Being surrounded by a diverse community gives him a creative environment at all times. Finding a passion as a young man for the art of haircutting has grown into a love affair with his craft since 1993.
“I pride myself in continued education and keeping myself current with fashion.” Luis is considered to be a classic, symmetrical haircutter with an urban flair. His specialties are classic Sassoon style haircutting, razor cutting, barbering techniques, keratin complex and chemical relaxers. Being educated by our industries leaders such as, Nick Arrojo, Vidal Sassoon, Toni and Guy and KMS allows him to create a personal identity for his clients.
Bonnie A team member at the i.d SALON since 2003. Her passion is creating beautiful hair. "My goal is to personalize a style that suits each clients lifestyle. I'm inspired by all the beauty around us. There is beauty in everything if you look at it the right way".
Bonnie takes the time to really understand what her clients are asking for, and she delivers! Bonnie has had the pleasure of being apart of many clients special occasions as HER talents in long hairdressing and formal hairdressing precedes her. SHe HAS also been involved in fashion week, either in the salon or on the runway . "I believe in continued education and broadening my views on styling, witch allows me to enjoy the work I do".
Linda Linda has been working in the industry since 1990. She has formal training from industry leaders such as: Jingles, DADA Academy, Arrojo, KMS California, and Sebastian. Linda specializes in curly hair. She is certified in the New Kerasilk Smoothing System and Brazilian Keratin, and also does perms.

Ana Ana has been pursuing her passion for beauty since she was a child. In 2006 she joined the team at i.d SALON and trained with Lori and Nick. Her vision and passion has helped create unique looks that consistently satisfy the broadest spectrum of clients. Working with fashion designers at NYC Fashion week and her involvement with editorial work have taken her to new levels.
Ana specializes in couture styling as well as cutting and finishing. and has been certified in all aspects of hair extensions. Her passion, vision and creativity along with her amazing winning personality makes for the perfect experience at ID salon.
Ginger Ginger believes every person is unique and different, and approaches her method of cutting and styling in that way. “I draw inspiration from many different places… dance, movement, fluidity, fashion, current hair trends and of course many of the talented artists out there.”
A team member of i.d SALON since 2008, Ginger specializes in the art of hair cutting and up styles. She has participates in many shows for fashion week and her editorial work can be seen in top fashion magazines
Allison Allison is passionate about being a hair stylist as it enables her to create something unique on every client in her chair. It allows her to take parts of each clients personality and express it through their hair. Working at i.d SALON has given her the opportunity to work with salon team at NY Fashion Week, as well as assisting Lori Panarello a KMS stage artist at various events.

Jodi With a background in music, jodi understands and appreciates the relationship between form and texture "A great haircut to me is one that feels good and grows out well"
Since 1997, she has explored many different facets of the hair industry, including education where she worked with industry manufacturers ArTec and Joico. With experience in the editorial world and fashion weeks past, she specializes in shaping styles and formal hair and feels confident fielding questions on color and connecting clients with the best products to maintain at home.
Charles During his many years as a hairstylist, including 15 years as a salon owner, Charles never lost his passion for the creative work this business inspires. His career started when roller sets coupled with heavy teasing dominated the industry.
However, through the years it evolved to what it is today, a vehicle for no boundaries fashion. Although there are many facets to being an accomplished professional, which includes building a client relationship, developing your salesmanship and improving your skill and talent as a stylist, it still remains his belief that the haircut is the foundation of hair designing. The ever-evolving techniques and beautiful styles are a source of motivation to continue in a career that brings instant gratification.
Cathy Cathy has been in this industry since 1990. At an early age, Cathy recognized her ambition toward pursuing a career in Cosmetology. She was fortunate enough to be able to attend beauty school while simultaneously attending high school. As a result, she obtained her license upon graduation. Cathy has been with i.d. SALON since the salon inception in 2003.
Cathy's passions include: transforming curly hair, into a smoother texture, and creating up styles. Her aspiration is to appropriate each client with the look that is alluring, yet at the same time, conducive to their lifestyle. Cathy' desire is to make everyday people feel glamorous. Her goal is to extend the salons experience beyond her chair by educating her clients on maintenance, and home care.

Gabriella Gabriella has had a passion for beauty from a very young age. She has an interest in giving clients a unique style that best suits them. in the industry since 2010, Gabriella draws inspiration from the art of dance, in all movements. Whether its through youtube, social media, or attending various classes, she is always staying up to date with todays up and coming trends. Her biggest motivation, is to help guide clients branch out of their comfort zone. She takes the time to listen closely to every single clients requests to ensure they are leaving the salon with a more than amazing experience. She is certified in various techniques including Deva Curl, Moroccan Oil Style Scapes, Neo Hair extensions, and KMS Cutting IQ.
